For all the wine connosieurs here, can you suggest some wines for us to get, we are looking for some sweet wines ( not really ice wine ) for myself, red or white is fine, dinner wines, and anytime wines.
When we got to the Niagara region, we normally pop into Jackson Triggs winery, and our all time favourite, PILLITERI wineries. Looking forward to your suggestions from LCBO and other places

Yellow Tail is a good choice price point is great. Wolf Blass Yellow is fabulous a little more money but well worth it. Go to the local Liquor outlet and tell them you are looking for a good Canadian wine and there are many, Mission Hill, makes very good reds and whites. Don't get into the thought it has to be french or Australian or California, Canada makes great wines.
Try the yellow tail (Australian wine) merlot........I can't remember offhand the brand names of others because we do buy other wines not just merlot and we also make our own.
Any particular one that you enjoy?
Merlot is sweet....just go to the LCBO and ask one of the salespersons and they will be glad to direct you to the different brands
