I'm sure some of you may have already tried this, but I just made this recipe this week and everyone loved it! It's great for parties, so easy to make!
You will need a round pizza pan (I guess you can use another shape but round looks nicer).
First mix
:: 1 package of Cream Cheese
:: 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
:: 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
Mix these ingredients together well, until no clumps. Spread evenly onto the pan.
Then spread out over that mixture
:: 1 cup Heinz Seafood Cocktail Sauce
Then you sprinkle approximately 2 cups of shredded mozarella cheese over the sauce.
At this point you can choose whatever you want. I personally put
:: diced green pepper
:: diced tomato
:: green onions
You can also put shrimps (the small ones). That is what the original recipe called for, hence the seafood sauce, but we have people allergic to shrimps..
You end up with something that looks like a pizza. You can eat it right away, serve it with different kinds of crackers and nachos.
