Thanks I didn't know about the water I put into a container with a tight lid but didn't put any water just use regular tap water?
i agree...you have to make sure its in an airtight container and submersed in some water and it'll last about a week.
i love tofu....i just put the remainder in a sealed container and cover it with water and stick it in the fridge.. it lasts a week or so.
