Toy packaging

We had my little niece's birthday party today. She received many, many toys, about 70% were in a package.
I cannot figure out for the life of me why children's toys including dolls have to be so heavily reinforced in their boxes. It took 3 men 45 min. to remove all of the twist ties, staples, rope, plastic, tape from these toys.
Do they drop all of these things from 50,000 ft in the air, to the ground in front of the toy stores.
One particular doll had her hair stapled and duct taped to a piece of cardboard.
The poor kid was wreathing on the floor in frustration at having to wait for so long. Give us a break!!!

I now keep a pair of wire cutters & strong scissors on hand for all PARTIES. The writhing & foaming at the mouths is unbearable! Not to mention embarrassing to see a bunch of grown men behaving this way. Not a good example to the children waiting so patiently:D
