The fan looks great Janet..the whole room is coming together wonderfully....I'm still impressed everytime I look at the headboard with the word art above it...you're doing a FABULOUS job girl!!!

Your fan really does look nice and much better than the old one when it comes to your new room. You should just about have that whole house turned around by now at the rate you've been going. Good job.
jennie that is not a useless story....i think the idea is awesome....although this girl is done with babies, our girls are 12, 13 and 15 but i was sitting there today thinking of all the fun im going to have with that remote....on a hot night if i need it higher................dont even have to crawl out of bed :laugh:

LOL well I am glad your DH figured it out, cause no it doesnt do that with us!! I think that would freak me out!
I'm sure this doesn't apply to you (but i guess you never know!) but how that fan came in handy the most was when I just had my son and I had a c-section. I was (trying) to breastfeed him in the middle of the night, and needed the light on the see what the heck I was doing, but couldnt get up because of the wound, I could just use the remote, It was a true godsend!!!
Anyways, useless story.... :)

we think the install went okay....... however, jennie do find when you have the light on that it dims when you walk under it...i think that is odd :confused: i hope sparks dont start to fly :D ....DH has always installed our ceiling fans or light fixtures and never a problem...oh never mind dh figured it out, it was the way he had the remote set...just ignore me :eek: lol
jeep you are right in this house and our weather we definately need ceiling fans and we dont have no central a/c
luvto.........yes darling you are so right, panels for the window is next on my list :laugh: and of course a new dresser and some art above the bed and something with height on the night tables, oh and a closet door and the list goes on............... :laugh:

The fan looks great! We ahd the same fan in white in our livingroom and I quite liked it! Goen are the days of ugly ceiling fans they have such nice ones out nowadays.
