Vanity mirrors

I have these monstrous, builder-installed mirrors in a couple of my bathrooms. I'd like to make them look a little more custom. (Well, actually, I'd like to take them down and get something smaller, but DH figures they are glued on and would be really difficult to take off). So, what I thought I'd try is to frame them while on the wall, using baseboard moulding. Anyone tried this or have any better ideas?

If you can't frame them, how about stenciling around them in a style which would complement your bathroom.

Nope, they are in fact glued on, and it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem! Guess it must be a new way of doing it.

Oh well - I'm going to give a try with the baseboard frame - it worked for Jazzie!
