How is everyone doing with their summer shape up I don't see the Monday weigh in anymore. I have been going to WW for 11 weeks now and I am down 14 lbs. Not a huge amount but I am happy with a steady slow lose and I have completely changed the way we eat lots more veggies and homemade soups very little eating out and then very careful where we go. I am drinking at least 40 oz of water a day which is huge for me I never used to drink any DH is drinking 80oz. of water. I am hoping to take off another 25 lbs and then I will be where I should be I got so lazy when we moved and the move back here is such a different lifestyle where everyone wants to be outdoors hiking and biking that I have to get back into that lifestyle.
