wheat, yeast, sugar and dairy-free desserts?

I know it's a lot to ask but does anyone know of a dessert recipe that is wheat, yeast, sugar and dairy fee?

I experimented and made a pumpkin pie recently with an oat crust, concentrated soy milk and stevia and the filling wasn't that bad but was lacking that nice buttery flavour that the real deal has. The oat crust tasted awful (I'd rather eat cardboard).

Help anyone...I need a sweet fix over the holidays!!!!!!!

JenJenI think most of those recipes have at least 2 or more ingredients that I'm not allowed to have, which is a bummer. Substitutions never seem to taste as good, either. At least not with my baking skills. Thanks for the link.

Yes, I use brown rice flour all the time in the bread that I make. I use it sparingly otherwise the bread becomes very brittle. Now that you mention it I think it would work well for a pie crust.

Have you tried using rice flour, splenda and Lactaid milk in your recipes. A friends son in intolerant of many foods and she bakes using what I mentioned. She makes bread also with the rice flour for him.

Thanks bbyrne that looks like a great site. I can't eat fruit either right now because of the sugar content but there may be some adjustments or substitutions that I can make in some of the recipes.

JenJen, whatever you were going to attach didn't attach. Would you mind trying again, please? Thanks.
