The Lace Place has great deals on fabric and trims. Sure Fit have just about everything in furnishings.

A while ago I went to the BlackMarket (the one underground on the Northside) and found a whole role of funky purple fabric there for about $7. They have awesome funky fabric there. I wouldn't say that the quality is great, but when you're looking for something unique and cheap. That would be an awesome place to check out.
Some of their stuff smells "grungy" u might need to air it out for a day or two..

How cheap? I picked up some nice fabric at Bouclair a couple of weeks ago - it was 40% off so a good price.
