The temp has dropped 20 degrees in last couple of hours with little humidty.
Pouring rain now and it is so refeshing to smell. I have all the windows open, the drapes billowing in the wind, A/C off and towels in each window to catch any rain drops. Wonderful breeze blowing thru right now.....the lawn and gardens needs this water badly. Let's hope this heat wave is over. I do not operate very well in heat. :)

too funny! I hate being splashed
yea see i splash them :D ....they were in there yesterday while i washed and waxed my car and they were saying that the water was really really warm...so when they weren't looking i grabbed the hose and sprayed them with freezing cold water... :D ...i'm a bigger kid then them
My poor kids, I'm always saying, no splashing! no splashing! in the tub and now in the pool. Water costs money! Shame they can never have any fun, poor little sods.
my pond overflowed...one swim for the boys today and it'll be like it never rained...LOL
Yeah I agree jenjen, thought I was in a hurricane, lol, I had to close my windows, otherwise the rain would soak everything. Dh left a door open, and the wind almost blew one of the huge paintings off the wall!
But afterwards, aaah nice and cool. It filled up the pool nicely too and the garden is smiling this morning.
OMG Pearl...i think pouring rain is an understatement...that was nasty....atleast here it was...i thought my trees were gonna get uprooted :)
