OK, who decided that white trim is bad?!?!? I'm watching Thursday's Cityline, and there's a segment on trim and how you really don't want pure white trim. Well, our house has pure white trim -- baseboards, crown molding, door trim, window trim -- and there's no way that I'm going to repaint it all Feather Down or White Cloud or any other slightly-off-white!! Not to mention all the doors and ceilings that are also pure white!!
Really. is white trim so bad?? In the grand scheme of things, do you REALLY notice a difference between white and not-quite-white?? And if you absolutely, positively HAVE to paint the trim in one room off-white, is it a big faux-pas to leave the rest of the trim in the house pure white??
