Just heard on the noon news, however, I missed most of it but it was about anyone that had shopped at HomeSense or Winners, if they had used anything other than cash that their credit card and debit cards information has been hacked into. These stores are owned by a company in the States.

There is just a huge story on the evening news about it now, talking about identity theft and security breach.........

I watched the news. The information was taken from the time period of May to December 2006. And also in 2003 sometime (can't remember the months). The people who's info has been stolen have been contacted.
The culprits haven't been caught yet, but there is an investigation going on.

CIBC bank also lost 300,000 clients info. SIN numbers, credit card numbers and signatures were stolen. So check your credit card statements.
