DH had to work today, so we had Mother's day yesterday. DH made a wonderful peppercorn steak dinner with garlic prawns, baked potatoe, and caesar salad. The kids bought me stuffies and gave me homemade pictures.
Today we saw my Mom and gave her a huge hanging basket.
The weekend was absolutely wonderful.
I hope you all had a great Mother's Day as well.
Happy Mothers Day to all of the wonderful Mothers :) ....after all it is the hardest but most rewarding job in the world........I worked to-day..I work PT in a long term care facility and thoroughly enjoy it ....We had nice pink tablecloth with carnations on each table and served a chicken kiev lunch with strawberry shortcake for dessert....our residents really enjoyed it....the MS society sent over all the carnations they had left over from their fundraiser for our residents that do not have family and did not receive flowers,so everyone in our seniors home had a wonderful Mothers Day. :)
Have a great day a to all the Mom's my DS's have all called me and that makes my day love to talk with them. My DGG will be here next weekend for a week and I can't wait.
You deserve it!. Janet!!! :) Have a great day. My daughter flew in from Calgary :bliss: as a surprise for Mother's Day and it is great to have her home for a few days. I overheard my DH on the phone, so knew something was up. Thank Heavens, I would have had a heart attack. LOL
