I am thinking of getting a long, thin console type table to put under my window. I always keep the bench at one of the table because when it's used, it is always used with lots of people. So I could use that bench as a chair at the console table. I imagine myself sitting their at my laptop, writing and doing homework. Very Carie Bradshaw. The kitchen is very roomy and there is lots of room to move the table over and still be able to walk into the kitchen. The problem is this . . . the light would no longer be centred over the table. To me it is no big deal since the light is hugely ugly, along with the floor , the table, cupboards, countertops, appliances, paint baseboards and it goes on and on. The pictures shows the table pulled back to where it would have to be. What do you think?
BTW, excuse the wine buckets but I got some wine a brewing!!!
