Well here it is...thanks to everyone who gave advice & tips!! I decided not to paint it in hopes of avoiding it getting scratched to death:) I am pretty pleased with it, so much so that dh is fearful I will keep it for myself:D

Dawn, I took your tip about the mirror, thanks again for that!!;)

You guys could be a comedy routine!:D Thank you for the kind comments. Let's hope my niece continues to think how great I am, after I wrestle her out of my way to play with it. I will have to try the tiara while frying sausage Elise, thanks for that handy tip! I imagine you had to come up with something with all the flaming of food you guys do:D Hmmm, one more thing..in your expert opinion-do you think the wand can work as a spatula?

I didn't read you first! I should have read you first, so as not to steal your moment, but we're both sentimental types with bleeding hearts and lesser minds.

Do I have an echo?

I know, Elise, great minds like ours are bound to think alike.

Oh my goodness look at that!!! It's so beautiful. What a lucky little girl to have inspired such a heartfelt gift from a special Aunt. It's an heirloom that I am sure will be treasured and passed on with love!!!
No wonder you were away from the forums for a few days!!
By the way crowns come in really handy in keeping your hair tucked up away from your face when frying up sausages. Make sure you pass that little tip to your niece too!!!

You deserve the World's Nicest Auntie prize!

That is a truly heartfelt gift your niece will remember forever. Long after her tiara is lost, Sabrina will still have something - a memory about a special gift from someone she loves and who loves her. Your niece is a lucky little girl to have an aunt like you!

the toy box is a gift for my niece. her birthday is next week. Funny thing though, I dressed my DS in some of the clothes. done to traumatize DH & boy did it work! He just about ran himself over with the lawn mower when I brought his son out dressed so pretty:D :D :D HA HA!!

thanks Ladies:) Junebug, this is the one from canadian tire for 37.00. I was looking for a wood "better" quality one but they were insanely priced (unfinished). I couldn't justify it for something that will be used to play dress up. Besides, dh would have had a bird -what with all the "stuff" to fill it with.
HA!! mmccormi, I hope the wand works too! My SIL will owe me big time:D
