We just recently purchased one of these to make a "Spring Garden" in our front yard ....I was wondering what would compliment with this tree in a "kidney shaped" area as the Tree being in the front ....for sure the wife wants tulips planted but what else would look good???

Hi Zoolou,
I'll attach pictures of our little front garden which is kidney shaped. We have a peashrub tree, purple irises as well as yellow tulip and eggplant coloured tulips. We also have two seedums (purple) and one burberry. The end Alberta dwarf spruce as well as the lime yellow cedar add some nice texture. Our garden faces north-east, so there is much sun for most of the day.
Hope this helps.

Sorry took so long......Here it is.....As stated we would like to make a kidney shaped garden with the Tree in the front and the garden trailing behind to the left....Lots of Hostas in the garden behind as well as a small Japanese Maple hidden behind the Magnolia Tree....New Garden faces North.....ALL DAY Sun...NO Shade
will get a pic up soon
Do you have a pic of the tree in the front yard?
