Do you ever get a yen for a specific food? (pregnancy excluded)
Is it the time of year ? change in seasons? Lately I cannot get enough Brie cheese or croissants. Brie and croissant for breakfast, salmon on croissant for lunch. Brie and apple. I would eat it for supper except I need some veggies and fruit as well.
Weight gain? Let's not go there and let me enjoy it. :laugh:

and often meals aren't very structured then (partly because we're so busy). We might just have a nice ratatouille and some homemade bread for dinner, no meat at all. In the winter, we seem to crave heartier meals. I make a boiled dinner that is so delicious -- just coming into the house from the cold outdoors and smelling it MMMMMM. Also a black bean and chorizo soup...more baked things....also this time of year I'm making pickles and other condiments -- opening a jar in the winter brings back the bounty of summer...right now just really craving a bacon sandwich, don't know why...but yes, part of it is seasonal, and part of it is just going on a personal streak :)
actually this time of year i lose my appetite...i tend to eat a lil more in the winter but summer very rarely...once a day...and well this time a year...not that much more...in the winter i have a tendency to crave my moms homemade portugese soups...but my cravings don't really change
Salt - I just can't get enough Salted Mixed Nuts. Sometimes I have Tortilla Chips or sesame snackies. Not potato chips. After dinner I may have some dessert but it doesn't satisfy me. I want those salted mixed nuts.
