Use Vanilla yogurt, and a mix of fruit... like frozen something (strawberries or raspberries so there is some syrup) and fresh strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/kiwi and banana... then crumble the crunchy granola bars (almond) on the top... Yummy...
it is basically yogurt and fruit layered...just like donkey says...parfait has layers....lol....
[B]I'm afraid to give you recipes I think since I gave you the Long Island Recipe all He** has broke loss. LOL I should be careful who I give recipes like that to. I didn't think it would have you giving tables dances to half of Nwfoundland. LOL [/B]

I still have to discover what a parfait is! Maybe I have seen one, but didn't realise it was a parfait I was looking at/or eating!
This reminds me of Shrek...everybody loves a parfait...
