:D well i was so disappointed.....one of the best parts of halloween is buying the chocolate covered marshmellow brooms...........but NO!, couldnt find them anywhere....but now they do have out the chocolate covered marshmellow SANTAS........so you can guess what im eating :laugh:

OH I set things very straight the other night. I made him promise that no one but us has a say in the decorating of our house. Then I proceed to tell him that i was going to try and get his parents house on that show... MY parents house or what ever its called where they go in and re-decorate the house. I honestly go crazy being in there house its so Tacky... YIKES
That just about drives me crazy when couples call ech other Mom and Dad I call DH that when I am talking about him to one of the kids but i don't call him Dad when I am talking to him. He isn't my Dad yuck I hate that. Sorry Condo I think you will have to set BF straight on things before you get into the house and his Mother tries to take over. She sounds like the Mother on Everyone Loves Raymond.
They are just so old fashioned. But really I couldn't belive it when I was told to call them that. Mind you they refer to them self as mr. and mrs. potts... or mom and dad... I hope I never get like that.
my, that is just ridiculous........Mr and Mrs....who are they trying to impress? Our oldest DD has been going with a boy now for 6 months and we tell him to call us by our first names and they are only going on 16 years old. Yes, it is ones like that they give them the name outlaws.

I hardly ever talk to her, they make me call them Mr. and Mrs Potts ... IKES I haven't called anyone Mr. or Mrs since high school. I live on my own, I have a child and I have to call them by there last name, while DBF can call my parents by their first names.. IT drives me crazy. I have learned the hard way about in laws once before, so I am not to keen on having them involved in our life at all. Lets just say my ex mother in law is well... CRAZY she is the reason there are stereo types about mother in laws.
gawd.........that would be like my mom decorating for me....i do enough damage on my own....however my family thinks i do wonderful and ask me to come over and help them out..........boy do i have them fooled! :laugh: i would just kindly say, "oh no thank you dear"....it would mean more to me if i decorated it because it is our first home together.... :D

Last night he told me that his mom wants to decorate our house... I laughed my head off and told him no thanks, I have seen your moms country duck wall paper boarders ... I will be doing the decorating. So just him saying that makes me think he doesn't quiet understand my obsession with decorating yet.

my DBF buys me magazines when he wants me to leave him alone so he can watch hockey... LOL Silly boy that just makes me show him pics of things I want to buy for our house when we buy it. LOL

we have no munchkins in the house, and we had about 4 mini-chocolate bars and three teeny bags of chips left over from the shelling out - all gone now !
