Thank you Joanna M. Yes, I am due for a trip to Queen St. West! Hopefully I can find what I'm looking for in one go b/c it's hard to get there often. I just might have to get the chair reupholstered as you said.
I am sure you could find a chair like tbyers posted at a second hand furniture shop then purchase the fabric of your choice and have it reupholstered.
Here is a sample of what you might find online: http://www.designerfabrics.ca/shop/scripts/prodList.asp?idCategory=37
OR if you are in the GTA you can go to the shop at 1360 Queen Street West.
That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for! Too bad they don't say where you can purchase it. I guess I'll just have to hit the stores this weekend! Good excuse to go shopping!
Funny enough, I just came across a zebra chair tonight while browsing photos. It won't tell you where to buy it, but you can see it in a room with various decor items. Lovely.

I saw a fabric covered chair in a zebra print at Homesense in Kingston on Monday afternoon, $299. It was worth every penny.
Just a tip. If it's real it won't be black and white it will be shades of brown. The black and white version (fur) are dyed cow and of course lots of companies are making zebra patterned fabric so you choices are almost as broad as the chair makers.
I wasn't looking for the real deal - especially the first chair. I can't believe anyone would purchase that!! Thanks for the info. I'll also check out Homesense. The idea just popped into my head so I really haven't started to look yet. Thanks!
I've seen a lot of zebra print furniture at HomeSense lately.
Yes, lovely isn't it? Just looks like the chair and zebra collided at high speed.
Oooooh DBD, as much as I like zebra prints, the 1st pic you just posted grosses me out!!!!
Just about anywhere especially if you want to go for ordering with the fabric you want. I have a SIL who is into zebra so I've noticed a lot of stores carrying it lately so you can get nearly any chair you like in the zebra pattern fabric.
Meanwhile if you want the real deal, check these out. You can find them on www.venfieldnyc.com which also has other zebra furniture on their site.
