Inside Jennifer Lopez’s Glamorous NYC Penthouse
After purchasing a mansion with a private beach over a year ago, Jennifer Lopez is now saying goodbye to her New York abode, which is currently listed for a whopping $27 million. And yes, it’s just as glamorous as the songstress herself.
Located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, the duplex penthouse overlooks Madison Square Park, and boasts 6,250 square feet of interior space as well as 3,000 square feet of private outdoor space on both levels.
