Chef Rodney Bowers’ Recipes

Rodney Bowers, of Toronto hot spots The Rosebud and The Citizen, may have traded the bustling restaurant industry for more father-friendly catering pursuits, but he has certainly not stopped cooking, hosting and impressing with his local, seasonal dishes. Here are three of his favourite recipes for entertaining — a hearty Caesar salad, east coast fish stew and a tender roast chicken.
