Official Rules and Regulations

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. The 2015 British Invasion Contest commences on September 1, 2015 and ends October 31, 2015, with entries submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2015. To enter, go online to houseandhome.com/britcontest, completely fill out the entry form, including your mailing address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number, accept these contest rules, then click on the Submit button. One entry per individual per day.
2. CONTEST DRAW: One (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random draw conducted in Toronto, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. EST on November 4, 2015. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible online entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date.
3. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE includes:
   • From Farrow & Ball: One (1) $500 prize will be issued in gift vouchers, valid for one year from date of issue. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in-store at any Farrow & Ball showroom or via mail order, against paint, wallpaper, accessories and in-home colour consultancy. The prize covers Canada only and includes delivery. Vouchers are not redeemable through third-party stockists or online.
   • From Kravet: One (1) $1,000 gift certificate for use on Kravet fabrics. Showroom fabrics only. Does not include furniture and wall coverings.
   Prize package does not include additional interior design, renovation, installation or decorating services. The Manufacturer, at its option, may substitute any Prize for equal or greater value. Winner agrees that all prizes are being provided 'as is,' and House & Home Media makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranties or guarantees. Selected entrant will be notified by telephone. If selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. Selected entrant will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question on the declaration and release form and the form must be signed and returned to House & Home Media, releasing House & Home Media and the contest sponsors from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of entrant's participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by in connection with this contest. The winners' list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope before October 31, 2015 to: House & Home Media, 511 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2Z4.
4. 5. GENERAL: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of House & Home Media and none will be returned. House & Home Media and the contest sponsors reserve the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this contest or any portion of this contest, or extend the deadline of this contest, at any time without prior notice. House & Home Media assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
