Citrus Spiced Gin & Tonic

Recipe:

A dry and light G&T. The strong citrus notes from the cardamom pod and juniper berries combine with spicy aromatics of the cassia bud to make this gin and tonic a favorite cocktail for the spring season and warmer weather ahead.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Beefeater 24 gin
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • 3 juniper berries
  • 1 cassia bud
  • 1 whole star anise
  • 1 bottle of Fever Tree Indian Tonic

Directions

Yield:

  1. In a large goblet, add ice. Measure gin and pour in. Using your fingers, lightly crush the cardamom pod, cassia bud and juniper berries and drop them in. Pour tonic over top. Enjoy!
