Goat Cheese & Herb Dip Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Wash and dry all the herbs. Remove stems from the parsley, rosemary and thyme. Finely chop all the herbs.

Step 2: In a blender or food processor, blend the goat cheese, olive oil and yogurt until smooth. Add the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until cold and flavours have blended.

Ingredients

8 oz. fresh, soft goat cheese
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
