Valentinis Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Place several ice cubes in a small cocktail shaker.

Step 2: Add 2 oz. of gin, 1 oz. of vodka, 1/2 teaspoon rose raspberry syrup (or other syrup), and a squeeze of lemon juice. Shake.

Step 3: Strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with a rose petal.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
2 oz. your favourite gin
1 oz. your favourite vodka
1/2 tsp rose raspberry syrup (or rose or raspberry syrup)*
Fresh lemon juice
Pink organic rose petals for garnish

*Available in gourmet food shops. We used Arome Fleurs et Fruits rose and raspberry syrup.
