4. HOW TO ENTER: The 2018 One Look, Three Ways (the “Contest”) hosted by House & Home Media (the “Sponsor”) commences at 10:30 a.m. ET on September 17, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 11, 2018. To enter, go online to houseandhome.com/behrcontest, watch our video featuring Behr paint, completely fill out the Contest entry form, including your daytime phone number, and click on the “Submit” button. There is a limit of one entry per individual per day. Your participation in this Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. CONTEST DRAW: One (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random draw conducted in Toronto, Ontario, on November 14, 2018. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date.
6. PRIZE: The winner will receive one (1) $500 Home Depot gift card and a Colour Consultation*, provided by Behr Process Corp. (Canada) (the “Prize Supplier”). The approximate retail value of this prize is $500. The Prize Supplier may substitute any prize for equal or greater value. Winner agrees that the prize is being provided ‘as is,’ and the Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look solely to the manufacturer(s) for any such warranties or guarantees.*The Colour Consultation will be with one (1) Behr expert (the “Consultant”). The Colour Consultation must take place between December 1, 2018, and March 31, 2019, subject to the availability of the Consultant and the approval of the Prize Supplier. The Colour Consultation has no cash value and should the Prize Winner refuse the Colour Consultation, this portion of the Prize is forfeited and no substitution or cash equivalent will be awarded. The Colour Consultation will take place via email and over the phone as outlined below.Colour Consultation Process: The Contest Winner must provide details electronically (format to be confirmed upon contact) about the type of paint advice they are looking for — these details should include photographs of one specific room that they would like to paint, as well as descriptions and/or images, if possible, that depict the products or design elements that the Contest Winner wishes to include in the room, and any decorating/style preferences. The Consultant will review the details and will compile an electronic reference document outlining their recommendations for the room and will deliver it to the Contest Winner as soon as reasonably possible.

   Arrangements will subsequently be made for the Contest Winner to have a 20-30 minute video or telephone consultation with the Consultant to review the recommendations.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected entrant will be notified by email or phone. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question (see below), or fails to complete and return the required Contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. The selected entrant will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (a) correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question set out on the declaration and release form without aid of any computational device; and (b) must read, agree to and execute that declaration and release form, and return to House & Home Media, thereby confirming that selected entrant (i) confirms his or her compliance with the Contest rules, (ii) accepts the prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor and the Prize Supplier from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, and (iv) consents to the use of selected entrant’s name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by in connection with this Contest. The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope before November 14, 2018 to: House & Home Media Contests, 445 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1K4.
8. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence, excluding employees, families (or those with whom they are domiciled) of the Prize Supplier or the Sponsor or their respective affiliates.
9. GENERAL: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering this Contest, each participant acknowledges that this Contest is in no way sponsored or administered by Behr Process Corporation or any affiliate thereof and releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Behr Process Corporation and all affiliates thereof and each such company’s respective officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents from all liabilities, claims, actions, lawsuits, judgements, costs and expenses, damages, injuries or losses to persons or property arising from or related to this Contest. Participants understand that they are providing their own information to the Sponsor and not to Behr Process Corporation or any affiliate thereof. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this Contest or any portion of this Contest, or extend the deadline of this Contest, at any time without prior notice. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
