Cracking the Code: Darryl Carter’s Paint Colors

Darryl Carter is an American designer known for his subtle, sublime color palette.

His work has been featured in House & Home, Architectural Digest, and Elle Décor, and his book The Collected Home is a favorite among lovers of new classic American style.

Darryl produced a paint color series for Benjamin Moore and often when you see his rooms featured, the cutlines will reference a particular paint color and number. That’s all great, but in Canada you can’t buy his line, and many stores in the U. S. don’t carry it either.

Never mind, because at least one Benjamin Moore store did a color code converter. We sampled some of the colors and they seem bang on. Here they are!
