Fab.com Co-Founder Announces New Design Sale Site

Bradford Shellhammer, who’s probably best known for co-founding gay networking site turned flash sale site turned design-focused e-retailer Fab.com — and quietly leaving the company in 2013 — is back in the online retail game. His new project, an “online marketplace” called Bezar, is on track to launch in March. Like Fab’s second iteration, Bezar offers up stylish goods for limited sale periods, but there’s no discount or clearance element here. Instead, Shellhammer’s approach is more like a pop-up shop. Think curated collections of wall art, jewelry, home goods and accessories from established designers and newcomers alike.
