Celebrate Victoria Day With This Royal-Inspired Cocktail

In honor of Victoria Day weekend and HRH Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s new baby, Parq Vancouver’s The Victor is hosting a brunch fit for royalty. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant shares its cocktail recipe for the Markle Sparkle, a bubbly beverage inspired by the Duchess of Sussex.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Empress 1908 Gin
  • 0.5 oz. Lavender Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 oz. Prosecco (top up)

Directions

  1. Mix gin, lavender syrup and lemon juice over ice.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with prosecco.
