Chinese New Year Recipes

This year, January 23rd is the first day of the Chinese New Year, so the eve of January 22nd calls for a decadent feast. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party for friends or gathering with family for a traditional celebration, this collection features easy dishes with seafood and vegetables, and gourmet dinners with chicken, pork and duck.
