Grilled Vegetables & Desserts

Barbecuing is no longer synonymous with hot dogs and hamburgers. Switch things up this summer with unexpected grilling ingredients like crab, asparagus, melba and pound cake. Because of the coals, barbecue grilling infuses dishes with a flavour that you just can’t get from an oven. So start thinking outside the box and put that barbecue to work!
