Recipes From Hazan Family Favorites

At the early age of 17, Giuliano Hazan began working as assistant at his mother Marcella’s renowned School of Classic Italian Cooking in New York. He dedicated himself to mastering the simple, genuine flavours of Italian cuisine. Now, more than three decades later, Giuliano is a chef, author, teacher and runs a cooking school in Verona, Italy. After publishing The Classic Pasta Cookbook and Every Night Italian, he’s come out with his newest book, Hazan Family Favorites (2012 Stewart, Tabori & Chang). Try these simple summer recipes, like scallops on the barbecue, stuffed zucchini, or a strawberry gelato to cool off.
