The chefs behind Montreal restaurant Joe Beef have released a cookbook of their bestselling dishes, entitled The Art of Living According to Joe Beef (2011 Ten Speed Press). Filled with gorgeous photography, new takes on traditional Quebecois dishes, and a side of witty sarcasm, this book is as fun to flip through as it is to actually heat up the kitchen.
