Abi Fawcett's new book Seafood Basics (2012 Firefly Books) is full of step-by-step photographs, cooking tips and healthy seafood recipes. Cooking fish and seafood is not the place to make mistakes — inferior taste, a waste of expensive ingredients and even contamination can be the consequence.
