A sweet and tangy pork recipe, perfect on the barbecue.
1 lb. Canadian pork shoulder blade steaks, boneless, trimmed
1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
1/4 cup apricot jam
3/4 tsp ground ginger
Cracked black pepper
Step 1: Preheat barbecue on high; reduce temperature to medium. Brush pork steaks with some of a mixture of mustard, apricot jam and ginger; sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
Step 2: Place pork steaks on the grill. Close barbecue cover and grill pork 5-10 minutes per side, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently.
