Bellini Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: In the bottom of each flute or white wine glass, pour about 1 1/2 tbsp peach purée and add 2 or 3 drops of raspberry purée. Then, pour an equal amount of champagne or wine into each glass and serve immediately.

Ingredients

2/3 cup white peach purée
1 tsp raspberry purée
1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling dry white wine
