Lemon and mustard make for a light and delicious salad dressing any time of year.
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step 1: Combine mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a large salad bowl. Whisk in olive oil, salt and pepper.
