Smoked Salmon & Brie Quesadillas Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Lay 3 tortillas on clean work surface. Divide martini-smoked salmon evenly among 3 tortillas. Top with Brie and sprinkle with dill. Cover with remaining 3 tortillas. (Can be assembled and chilled for one day.)

Step 2: Heat a small amount of oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Cook quesadillas 1-2 minutes per side, or until Brie is melted. To serve, cut each quesadilla into 6 pieces.

Ingredients

6 large tomato flavoured tortilla wraps
5 oz. thinly sliced martini-smoked salmon, divided into 3 portions*
10 oz. double-cream Brie, cut into 1/4″-thick slices
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Vegetable oil for cooking

* Can be substituted with any kind of smoked salmon.
