Tuna & Sundried Tomato Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: On multigrain bread, butter both sides and apply tuna salad, 4 cucumber slices, salt, pepper and mixed greens. Slice sandwiches diagonally in half and serve.

Ingredients

1 large can of tuna
1/2 cup chopped capers
1 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup of chopped Gherkin pickles
1 cup Brunoise white onions
1/2 cup each of tarragon, parsley, chervil and dill (all chopped)
2 cups mayonnaise
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup diced celery
