Visit The NYC Latke Festival

The 7th annual Latke Festival takes place tonight at the Metropolitan Pavilion in NYC. The tasting party features creative latkes and toppings from 20 different restaurants, such as L&W Oyster Co.’s P.S.L (Pumpkin Spice Latke), consisting of a spaghetti squash latke with coffee-cured salmon, creme fraiche foam and red onion powder. A panel of judges, including Adam Eskin of Dig Inn Seasonal Market in New York, will award the best latke of the night. Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for the People’s Choice Best Latke after sampling the traditional Hanukkah treats.
