Visit Barack Obama’s Post-White House Mansion

Where do you live after the White House? It’s a tough act to follow, but an extravagant nine bedroom, eight-and-a-half bath mansion with manicured gardens should do the trick.

The Obama family leased this stunning Tudor house in Washington, D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood after they left the White House in January 2017, so Sasha could complete her last two years of high school. The estate was built in 1928 and is reportedly owned by Joe Lockhart, who served as White House Press Secretary under former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

While it’s no White House, this home is definitely fit for a president. It’s no wonder the family recently purchased the property for $8.1M. Click through to see the stunning estate!
