“I live in Toronto, so whenever I’m in Vancouver I stop into Provide . Owners Robert and David always select the most beautiful and interesting pieces from big brands like Missoni as well as independent makers like Barter, Prin London, Teixidors and Blackcreek Mercantile & Trading. Both of them are also funny and gracious, and we often end up in epic chats about design, food and travel. I leave with valuable insider tips, as well as something special for my home.” – Kimberley Brown, Executive Editor

“I love popping into Apricot Flowers in Toronto. The owner, Cathy, does a a fantastic job of bringing in interesting plants (both big and small) as well as great vessels for them. The shop is small and easy to navigate — and always inspiring. I never leave without something, either for my home or a friend’s!” – Sally Armstrong, Senior Editor

“Pimlico Gallery always inspires me with great small pieces for the home, whether it be an acrylic bench or the perfect basket. I recently had the pleasure of shooting with shop owner Tatiana Velasevic, whose home will be featured as one of our September issue’s small spaces. Be sure to keep an eye out for it — her home is just as fun as her shop!” – Morgan Michener, Senior Editor
