Dakota & Elle Fanning List Their Los Angeles Abode For $2.7M
Former child stars turned A-list actresses, Dakota and Elle Fanning, have recently listed their sunny San Fernando Valley home for a cool $2.7 million. The 4,550-square-foot, East Coast Transitional-style home has six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms — perfect for the sisters and their chic celebrity clique. The family-sized home is hidden in a private, gated community of L.A.’s Valley Village. The exterior is surrounding by lush greens and beautiful white rose bushes.
The front door opens up to an open-concept foyer and large staircase that connects the two-story home. A navy blue wet bar allows guests to grab a drink before they explore the rest of the home.
Off the front entryway and kitchen is a sunny great room filled with cozy couches, built-in bookshelves and a roaring fireplace for cool California nights.
The kitchen/living room is outfitted with a quaint breakfast nook and large French doors that open up to the outdoors.
