Diane Keaton’s Former Laguna Beach Home Listed For $16M
If Diane Keaton’s L.A. home is any indication, the Annie Hall Oscar-winner has a talent for interiors. So much so that the owners of her former Laguna Beach home haven’t changed much since she flipped it in 2006. Diane bought the home in 2004 for $7.5 million and then sold it for $12.7 million two years later. Now, the Mediterranean-style mansion is on the market for $16 million.
