Miley Cyrus is letting go of her Franklin, Tenn., ranch for $14.5 million. According to Dirt, the singer and Tennessee native is making a hefty profit from this sale — $8.7 million to be exact. Back in 2017, she bought this 33.5-acre estate for $5.8 million. It has nearly 7,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a separate barn-like structure on the property.
