What do you do when you find out your husbands are not just business partners, but have been romantically involved for the past 20 years? Pack your bags and move into a gorgeous beach house, of course. And that’s exactly what the leading ladies of Netflix’s hit sitcom Grace & Frankie , portrayed by Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, respectively, do – despite their very different personalities (and decorating styles). As for their former husbands, they eventually purchase a sprawling Spanish-style home together, which is equally as stylish.
In honor of Grace & Frankie ‘s fourth season, here’s a closer look inside the stunning homes that have stolen the hearts of many.
After splitting from their husbands, Robert (Martin Sheen) and Sol (Sam Waterston), Grace and Frankie move into this beautiful beach house set in San Diego’s La Jolla area. (In real life, this house is actually located in Malibu’s Broad Beach, which is where the exterior shots were filmed.)

The interior exudes that beachy California look with a nautical flair. Muted blue walls are accented with off-white wainscotting and neutral furniture.

Retractable french doors in the living room offer a picture-perfect view of the beach. While the furniture is kept neutral, much like Grace’s style, hits of Frankie’s colorful personality can be found in the accessories, like the hanging dream catchers.

An boho-style accent chair with intricate weaving also represents Frankie’s free-spirited character.
The kitchen has a country look to it, complete with a butcher-block countertop and open shelving.

While most of the house is bright and airy, Frankie’s meditation corner features warmer tones. A deep mustard grasscloth wallpaper clads this nook, and an eclectic mix of boho-style cushions and artifacts ties the space together.
Similarly, in Frankie’s studio, you’ll find tons of color, unique objets and her art, of course.

Out on the patio, a long dinner table is the perfect spot to entertain family and friends, or have a romantic dinner for two.
While access to the beach is great, a private pool with lounge chairs and an outdoor living area is a bonus…
… and a must-have for late night chats with girlfriends. Lisa Kudrow guest stars in season 4 of Grace & Frankie.

Before moving into their gorgeous Spanish-style villa, Sol moves in with Robert in his and Grace’s marital home, which has a more feminine elegance to it. A crystal chandelier adds sparkle to the moody color palette.

Sol and Robert’s new Spanish-style home has plenty of curb appeal, with its white stucco exterior and bounty of bougainvillea.
The entryway is dressed to the nines with global artifacts, while a tribal rug adds a cozy look underfoot.
Robert’s former home was more traditional, while Sol’s had a bohemian flair. In their new home, a polished look is mixed with eclecticism — lots of color, pattern and global pieces that look as though they were picked up on their travels together.

The kitchen is the star of this house. Striped roman blinds and a grey and wood palette offer a handsome look.
The grey-blue cabinetry is elevated with gold-toned hardware. Graphic tiles add interest underfoot.
The dining table from Robert’s former home has been given a more masculine look with black chairs and a simple drum shade pendant.
In the spacious courtyard, multiple seating zones and an outdoor bar is perfect for Sol and Robert’s love for entertaining.
