Jon Bon Jovi’s $17.25M NYC Pad Is Surprisingly Elegant

Jon Bon Jovi may have released the song This House Is Not For Sale last year, but he must have had a change of heart. The iconic singer recently listed his luxurious West Village duplex apartment for $17.25 million. The light-filled abode boasts sumptuous velvets, traditional and modern elements, and is more elegant than you’d expect from rock star.
Amenities include an Olympic-sized pool, a hot tub, a large gym with a locker room, sauna and steam rooms, and a party room with a kitchen and flat screen TV. Click through to take a peek inside the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom space with stunning views of the Hudson River.

A red brick façade with black-framed windows clads the building’s exterior.

The lobby in the building is filled with light thanks to expansive windows, offering a glimpse at what’s to come in the suites.

In Jon’s unit, a long hallway with floor-to-ceiling windows functions as an entryway and leads to a modern staircase.

Plush textures create a sumptuous, cozy vibe in the great room, where a curved sofa takes center stage.

A wall of built-ins displays art and trinkets.

Instead of a traditional office space, Jon opted to have a desk area set up right by the window in the great room.

Wood cabinets warm up the white backsplash and marble countertops in the kitchen, while a wall-mounted TV offers entertainment while cooking.

The eat-in kitchen is spacious enough to host a dining set, which can easily seat up to eight people.

A media room with views of the terrace is the perfect spot to unwind.

Blue-grey walls temper the light in the master bedroom, creating a restful retreat.

A large soaker tub facing the window is a dreamy addition to the bathroom.

A small guest bedroom has its own balcony.

The apartment’s perfectly landscaped terrace overlooks the Hudson River.

With green space and room for patio furniture and gardening, this rooftop terrace offers all the perks of a backyard — plus an incredible view.
