Jon Bon Jovi may have released the song This House Is Not For Sale last year, but he must have had a change of heart. The iconic singer recently listed his luxurious West Village duplex apartment for $17.25 million. The light-filled abode boasts sumptuous velvets, traditional and modern elements, and is more elegant than you’d expect from rock star.
