Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown Nabs $1.2M Abode in Woodland Hills, Calif.

Karamo Brown — the man who is often responsible for tear-inducing moments on Netflix reality reboot Queer Eye — has snagged himself some new West Coast digs. The show’s culture expert and bomber-wearing man of flair has secured a newly renovated pad in the Woodland Hills area for a cool $1.2M price tag. The 2,622-square-foot home neighbors the celebrity-centric Calabasas compounds and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms over two floors. With the third season of the hit series recently dropping on Netflix, Karamo proves that in design and in life, things keep getting better (*cue the Queer Eye theme song*).

Built in the 1960s, this picturesque street-facing home has been renovated to reflect a contemporary and modern feel. Plus, it boasts a three-car garage.

Double front doors open to a minimalist’s dream. A neutral palette plays up the spacious foyer outfitted by a black railing for a hint of drama.

A mix of texture and pattern create a cozy space for the Fab Five, Karamo’s fiancé and his two sons Jason and Christian to wind down in.

Symmetry reigns supreme in his newly-minted living space complete with a roaring fireplace, alluring artwork and a peak into the backyard.

The kitchen serves as the heart of the home stationed between the dining room and family room. Co-star and culinary expert Antoni Porowski will definitely make use of the space for his avocado hors d’oeuvre preparations.

A clean, contemporary aesthetic runs throughout the kitchen with sleek woodwork and stainless steel appliances amidst bright ivory cabinetry and countertops.

A rich cobalt blue couch sits just off the kitchen and combines ample post-meal relaxation and a modern sensibility.

This serene master suite is flooded with natural sunlight and outfitted with a unique barn-style sliding door. While, there’s no sign of a closet we’re certain co-star and style expert Tan France will relish organizing the 38-year-old’s signature bomber jacket collection and matching LA Dodger caps.

Striking black penny tile creates drama in Karamo’s principle bathroom, featuring his-and-his sinks and mirrors. Grooming guru Jonathan Van Ness is sure to stock those cabinets with plenty of pomade.

No California dream home would be complete without an aqua blue pool. This one is set against a deck and quaint gazebo for lounging.

With Karamo’s brand new memoir out this month, consider the culture expert’s yard a perfect grassy space to read, lounge and take in the cross-canyon views.
